GREEK CHICKEN 
1 lg. fryer or 4 chicken breasts
3 or 4 lg. lemons, squeezed (about 1/2 c. juice)
1/4 c. olive oil
3 or 4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. paprika

Cut up chicken and remove skin. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and paprika in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until garlic is tender. Dip chicken pieces in sauce and place over hot coals on outdoor barbecue grill. Turn chicken frequently, basting with sauce each time. Cook about 1 hour or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

NOTE: You have to watch the chicken closely so the outside won't burn while you're waiting for the insides to cook. The legs and thighs take much longer than the breasts so be sure and don't place them over the direct flame.
