MUSHROOM BARBECUED CHICKEN 
Cut 1 large frying chicken in quarters. Roll in flour, salt and pepper. Put in shallow baking pan. Put in thick slice of bacon on each piece. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Uncover, pour 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms over chicken. Dribble barbecue sauce over top. Cover and bake 10 minutes. Remove foil, bake 10 minutes more or until lightly brown.

Followed the recipe to a T. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it. The only thing I would change is the bacon. Instead of using raw bacon, my boyfriend and I agreed it might have been better to use real bacon bits. We will definitely try this one again!
