SEASONED SUMMER STEAK AND
VEGETABLES
 
4 (1/2 lb. ea.) top sirloin steaks
garden seasoning (Durkee or McCormick)
cinnamon powder
2 purple onions, chopped
2-3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. butter
4 Napa cabbage leaves (optional)

Cut fat from steaks and sprinkle lightly on both sides with garden seasoning and cinnamon, to taste. Grill to desired doneness.

Slice onions and potatoes and fry in skillet with drained mushrooms and butter. Serve with a leaf of cabbage if desired.

Serves 4.
