RAISIN OATMEAL BREAD 
2 c. oatmeal
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. salt

Combine in large bowl and add 2 cups boiling water. Set aside to cool.

Dissolve 2 packages dry yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and add to cooled mixture.

2 c. whole wheat flour
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. raisins

Add whole wheat flour to mixture. Mix together then add raisins. Mix well. Add enough all-purpose flour until dough is firm enough to knead. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place dough in greased bowl and cover. Let rise 1 hour. Knead down and let sit 10 minutes. Make into two loaves. Let rise until double. Bake 375 degrees, 30-35 minutes.
