1 can mini shrimp (drain juice)
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 jar cocktail sauce

Smash mini shrimp into cream cheese with fork until combined well and form a ball. Place in dish/container and pour cocktail sauce over ball. Spread on Ritz crackers. Keep cold.
