TALLARENI 
2 lb. ground chuck
2 pods garlic, chopped fine
5 med. onions
4 bell peppers, chopped fine
2 cans tomato paste
1 tsp. chili powder
1 lg. (12 oz.) pkg. short flat egg noodles, boiled
2 (8 oz.) cans Del Monte Spanish style tomato sauce
1 (1 lb.) can Progresso whole tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can niblets corn, drained
1 lg. can pitted black olives, chopped coarsely

Cook ground chuck, garlic, onions and bell peppers in small amount of olive oil for 10 minutes. Then add tomato paste, chili powder, tomato sauce and cook 15 minutes then add corn, olives and noodles.

Toss ingredients together well. Pour into flat baking dishes and top with 1 pound New York sharp cheddar cheese (grated). Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is slightly brown on top 35-40 minutes. Serves 14-15.
