16 (2 1/2 inch) sqs. graham crackers, crushed 1/4 c. butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. weight watchers brand cream cheese 1/4 c. sugar or 6 pkgs. "Equal" 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping 1 pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix 1 pkg. sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix 3 c. milk Melt butter, add graham crackers; mix and press into 8 x 10 inch pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar or Equal and half of whipped topping. Spread mixture over crust. Prepare each package of pudding mix using 1 1/2 cups of milk for each. Spread chocolate pudding over cream cheese layer. Then spread vanilla pudding over chocolate layer. Top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate. Each serving equals: 2 1/2 protein, 1 bread, 3/4 fruit, 3/4 milk, 60 carbohydrates. TIPS: After making crust it helps to chill it in refrigerator at least 10 to 15 minutes to help it set up. Also you can use a light cherry pie filling in place of the puddings and it makes it good like a cheesecake. |
