CAJUN CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
2 c. sauteed onions
1 can mushrooms, sliced or stem)
Cheese or cheese slices
Cajun seasoning

Cook chicken with seasoning on Teflon pan with a little butter in bottom. When done put sauteed onion and drained mushrooms on top. Add cheese on top of this, cover and let cheese melt. Serve hot.
