JELL-O SALAD 
3 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jell-O (or 1 lg. & 1 sm.)
1 c. boiling water
1 c. 7-Up
1 lg. can pineapple, drained
1 lb. frozen strawberries
1 c. sour cream
Crushed walnuts

Add 1 cup boiling water to Jell-O. Add 7-Up, pineapple and strawberries. Pour half of the mixture into 13x9x2 glass dish and place in the refrigerator until firm (about 20 minutes). Then spread sour cream over the first layer and pour remaining Jell-O mixture on top of sour cream. Sprinkle with walnuts on top. Place in refrigerator until firm. Serves 15-20.
