1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. ground onion
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix; shake in jar. Pour over cabbage and carrots.
