EASY BEER BREAD | |
3 c. self-rising flour 3 tbsp. sugar 1 (12 oz.) can beer at room temp. (non alcoholic does not work) 2 to 3 tbsp. melted butter Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl. Gradually add beer stirring until just moistened; spoon into a greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Brush top with butter. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove and cool completely on wire rack. |
