SOUR CREAM AND BACON POTATOES 
8-10 russet potatoes
1 c. chives
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. bacon bits
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk

Peel, boil, drain and mash potatoes with butter, salt and milk until lumps are gone. Add chives, bacon bits and sour cream. Mix together and serve.
