CHICKEN PIE 
1 lb. chicken breast
5-6 med. potatoes
3 carrots
1 sm. can of peas
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 boxes of "Already made Pie Crust"
2-3 tbsp. butter

Saute chicken breast (cut up in small pieces) for 10 minutes. In a pan boil potatoes and carrots, (cut up) for 15 minutes; drain.

Mix together the chicken and butter, carrots and potatoes, peas, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup. This combination is enough to make 2 pies. The pies should be double crust. Follow directions on box for double crust pies. Bake about 45 minutes at 375 degrees or until crust is golden brown.
