PECAN CHESS PIE 
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1 sm. can evaporated milk or 1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans
Dash salt

Melt butter in saucepan; add sugars and stir until well mixed. Beat eggs in well; add milk, salt, vanilla and nuts. Pour into 2 prepared pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees around 30 minutes or until set.
