1 3/4 lbs. beef 1/4 lb. lean pork 2 c. bread crumbs 2 eggs 1 med. minced onion 2 tsp. salt 1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/3 c. green pepper, minced GRAVY: 2 pkgs. Durkee gravy mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 c. water Combine all meatball ingredients and shape into balls. Brown meatballs in oil. Put into casserole dish. Make gravy by combining all ingredients. Heat until thick. Pour gravy over meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. |
