CHICKEN IN A BAG 
1 whole chicken
1 paper bag

Place the chicken on a small rack and put in a paper bag. Place it in a pan, tucking the bag opening under. Bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour. Then bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Chicken can be cooled and kept in the refrigerator overnight. It will still be moist and tender when served, even the breast.
