BAKED CANDY ROLL 
1 lb. dates, cut fine
1 lb. shelled whole Brazil nuts
1 lb. shredded coconut
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle)

Mix dates, nuts and coconut thoroughly. Add milk and knead well. Dip hands in cold water for ease of handling. Shape into 5 rolls approximately 2 inch in diameter and place on cookie sheet Bake in oven at 275 degrees for about 45 minutes, turning rolls after first 20 minutes. Cool.

Wrap in aluminum foil and allow to mellow in refrigerator for at least 48 hours. Cut in slices about 3/8 inch thick. Makes about 80 slices.
