PORK CHOP QUICKIE 
6 pork chops, trimmed
Garlic salt to taste
6 slices butter
Buttered pancake syrup

Place pork chops in greased casserole. Sprinkle generously with garlic salt. Top each chop with butter and cover with syrup. Add small amount of water to prevent burning. Bake at 325 degrees until golden brown and tender, about 1 hour.

Garlic salt cuts the sweetness of the syrup.
