16 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. container Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 (16 oz.) box Oreo cookies
3 c. cold milk

Crush Oreos. Cream the rest. Alternate layers ending with cookies on top. Serve in bucket with a shovel, 8 inch flower pot or large glass container. Add color with an artificial flour and gummy worms.
