SANDWICH SPREAD 
9 red peppers
9 green peppers
3 onions
3 or 4 cucumbers
4 green tomatoes
3 stalks celery

Grind, add 1/4 cup salt overnight, drain 20 minutes. Cook about 20 minutes in 1 cup vinegar and 2 cups sugar. Then make a paste of 3 tablespoons flour and 4 tablespoons prepared mustard and 4 tablespoons water. Cook until thick - cook then add 2 cups mayonnaise. Can to seal.
