CREAMED BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
8 chicken breast halves (skinned and deboned)
8 slices Monterey Jack cheese
Canned mushrooms (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. stuffing mix

Arrange chicken pieces in greased 13x9x2 dish; top with cheese slices. Arrange mushrooms over all (good without, too).

Combine soup and wine. Stir well. Spoon evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Serves 8.
