FRUIT STUFFED PORK 
8 pork chops (pockets for stuffing)
2 c. bread stuffing (dry bread cubes)
1 c. finely chopped unpared apple
1 c. shredded cheese (sharp)
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Salt, pepper

Sprinkle salt and pepper over chops. Combine bread cubes, apple, cheese, raisins, butter, orange juice, salt, pepper and cinnamon. Stuff mixture into pockets. press edges of pockets together to seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until chops are tender. Makes 8 servings.
