CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 can crab meat, drained & chopped
4 slices bread, diced
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 can mushroom soup
1/4 to 1/2 c. grated cheese

Grease 2 quart casserole dish. Put 1/2 of bread in dish. Combine crab, mayonnaise, celery, green pepper, salt, milk and onion. Spread over bread. Place remaining bread over mix. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, spoon mushroom soup on top, bake 1 hour. Sprinkle cheese last 10 minutes.
