STRAWBERRIES ROMANOFF 
1 qt. fresh strawberries
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pt. strawberry ice cream
1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. orange liqueur

Sprinkle berries with sugar. Cover and chill. Meanwhile, stir ice cream just to soften. Fold in yogurt and liqueur. Cover and freeze for 1 hour. To serve, top each serving of berries with a dollop of ice cream mixture. Serves 8.
