1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced carrots
3/4 c. water (some chopped onions, if desired)

Bring to boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes (in saucepan on burner). Cook 1 pound hamburger, in microwave, using a 2 quart casserole, on high power for 4 minutes stirring several times.
