OYSTERS IN PATTY SHELLS 
2 doz. oysters
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 sm. grated onion
1/2 tbsp. flour
Salt, pepper & red pepper to taste
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. green onion
1/4 tsp. lemon juice

Cook chopped oysters in own liquid. Bring to boil and simmer about 10 minutes. Melt butter in saucepan. Add onions. Blend until smooth. Add red pepper, parsley and onion. Add oysters and lemon juice. Makes approximately 48. Serve in oyster patty shells warm and serve immediately.
