SOUR CREAM CRAISIN BARS 
2 c. craisins
Water
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. quick oats
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Place craisins and enough water to cover in saucepan. Cook until craisins are soft (2 minutes). Drain and set aside. Cream butter and brown sugar; add oats, flour and soda. Pat half of the mixture in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Blend together sugar, salt, cornstarch, egg yolk and sour cream. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and cooked craisins. Pour over crust and sprinkle remaining crust crumbs on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
