SAVORY LIVER WITH SPANISH SAUCE 
Enough liver for one or two slices per person
1 tsp. flour
1 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice

Flour and season liver and brown fast. Remove from pan and add flour, water and bring to a boil. Add catsup and Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Add liver and simmer until tender.
