CHICKEN WITH CHUTNEY 
2 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chutney
1 tsp. curry powder
Juice of 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Lay pieces of chicken flat in a baking dish. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chutney and curry powder in a bowl. Add the lemon juice. Cover the chicken with sauce. Place in preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Serves 2 to 3.
