2 lbs. hamburg
1 jar pearl onions (12-14)
4 carrots
3 med. potatoes, diced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Parsley
Parmesan cheese

Brown meat; add other ingredients except parsley and cheese. Simmer 1 hour. If necessary to add water, use bouillon. Put in buttered casserole; top with mashed potatoes (creamy) and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Brown in oven.
