CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen "Ore-Ida" hash brown potatoes, plain, rinsed & drained
1 stick melted butter
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. frozen chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all thoroughly. Pack in a 3 quart greased casserole or a 15 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Stir once and the last 15 minutes of baking, add 1 cup of corn flake crumbs on top.
