JALAPENO PEPPER PIE | |
1 (7 oz.) can jalapeno peppers 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 4 eggs Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tsp. Tabasco (or more if you want it to be hotter) Drain and seed peppers. Cut into thin strips lengthwise. Line bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Press cheese over peppers. Beat eggs adding salt and pepper. Add Tabasco to taste. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. |
