8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. minced onions
2 tbsp. milk
Dash of ground pepper
1/2 c. sour cream (plus)
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spoon into pie plate and bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until edges are bubbly and slightly brown.
