BASTING SAUCE FOR GRILLING 
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. beer
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice or 2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chili sauce or ketchup

In a small bowl or blender combine all ingredients. Stir or process until blended. Brush sauce over spareribs, chicken, or pork chops during last 30 minutes of grilling. Great baste for beer or seafood Kabobs as well.
