CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS CASSEROLE | |
1 boiled chicken, cut into bite size pieces 1 stick butter, melted 1 c. self-rising flour 1 c. milk 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. chicken broth Place chicken in 9"x13" Pyrex dish. Pour melted butter over chicken. Mix 1 cup flour with 1 cup milk. Pour over chicken. Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup with 2 cups chicken broth. Pour over above mixture. (Will be very liquidy.) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8. |
