BROWN RICE | |
1/2 stick butter 1 onion, cut up 1 c. raw rice 2 cans beef broth bouillon Melt 1/2 stick butter in pan. Add cut up onion and cook until tender. Add 1 cup rice and 2 cans beef broth bouillon. Cook 2-3 minutes. Put in casserole dish and cover with foil. Put in 350 degree oven. Cook 45 minutes. |
