BACON WRAPPED BEEF PATTIES | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/3 c. finely chopped onion 1/4 c. catsup 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 6 strips bacon 1 egg Combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, onions, catsup, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and egg. Mix well. Shape into six 11 inch rolls. Place 6 strips of bacon on a piece of waxed paper. Place each roll on a piece of bacon; roll up. Secure each roll with toothpicks. Broil 7 inches from top, approximately 6 to 10 minutes on each side, or for best results, charcoal outside on the grill. |
