CARAMEL CORN 
Pop corn (3 pt. put in shallow pans)
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. peanuts

Mix butter, sugar, salt and syrup. Cook to soft ball stage. Add soda and peanuts. Pour over the popped corn and stir. Bake in shallow pans at 240 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes and when cooling.
