3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated skim milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Bring to a boil and simmer one minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let cool a little then beat until right consistency to spread on cooled cake.
