BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Beat 2 eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix all above ingredients together and put in buttered casserole. Put 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix on top. (Bag, not box.) Bake in 375 degree oven for 1/2 to 33/4 hour or until it bubbles.
