8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Lettuce
Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef
Taco seasoning mix
Tomato and any other taco "things" you like

Mix sour cream and cream cheese together. Fry the ground beef; drain and put in taco seasoning mix. NO WATER (just ground beef and dry seasoning mix). Spread sour cream and cream cheese on bottom of dish. Then spread beef on top of that. Next, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on it. Then you can add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, or anything else you want.
