GOOEY BUTTER CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melt & cool
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Spread in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Pat down to make like a crust. Set aside. Do not bake! Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add eggs and blend until creamy. Pour over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown. Cool. Sprinkle top with more powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
