3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
3 c. chopped apples

1. Blend eggs, sugar and oil. Add salt, baking soda, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix flour then apples.

2. Pour into 2 loaf pans, greased and floured.

3. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

4. Dust with sugar.
