DIET DESSERT 
Angel food cake cut in slices
1 pt. strawberries
1 pt. raspberries
1 pt. blueberries
1/4 c. sugar

Cook fruit with sugar for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. Save juice. Line the sides of a bottom of a deep casserole dish with slices of angel food cake. Place fruit in the cake lined dish. Cover with angel food slices. Pour juice over cake. Weight down with a plate. Chill overnight. Turn out on a cookie sheet.
