LEMON DESSERT 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
Juice from 1 lemon and some grated lemon rind
1 can Carnation milk (lg. size) after it has been chilled and whipped
Graham crackers

Mix Jello, sugar and lemon and rind together. Add hot water and chill until shaky.

Whip the condensed milk until stiff.

Add lemon mixture to milk after it is whipped. Stir well and pour into a 9x13 Pyrex dish lined with crushed graham crackers. Sprinkle some on top and chill. Cut out in squares.
