ONE CUP QUICK DESSERT 
1 c. sugar (or sugar substitute equal to 1 c.)
1 c. self rising flour
1 c. milk
1 c. any kind of canned fruit
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of cinnamon (optional

Mix flour, milk, sugar and vanilla. Pour into a baking dish or 9 inch pan. Then pour fruit around on top; sprinkle cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Serve while warm.
