VENUS DE MILO SOUP 
1 lb. hamburg
46 oz. College Inn soup
1 qt. water
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 stalks celery
Carrots
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
1/2 to 1 c. orzo
Chicken meat

Brown hamburg with seasonings. Add College Inn soup, water, onion soup mix, celery, carrots, spinach, chicken. Boil 15 minutes. Add orzo, already cooked. Add seasonings and some canned tomatoes if desired.
