THUMBPRINT COOKIES 
1 can frosting (chocolate or strawberry)
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 oz. cream cheese
Crushed pecans or coconut

Take out 1/4 cup of the frosting; set aside. In a large bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and remaining frosting. Mix well and shape into small balls and make a "thumbprint" in the center of the ball.

Mix the frosting that was set aside with the cream cheese; fill in the thumbprint. Use a teaspoon or an icing bag. Roll in crushed pecans or coconut.
