LAYERED LETTUCE SALAD 
1 sm. head lettuce
1/2 head cauliflower
1 green pepper
6 green onions
6 to 8 radishes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
6 hard boiled eggs

DRESSING:

1 c. sour cream
1 (1 oz.) pkg. buttermilk salad dressing mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheese

Tear lettuce into bottom of 13x9 casserole dish. Layer remaining vegetables.

Mix ingredients for dressing. Add a layer of bacon, then boiled eggs to salad. Seal to edges with dressing. Add cheese as topping. Cover, let set 24 hours.
