SHRIMP AND NOODLES 
1 lb. unpeeled med. size fresh shrimp
2 oz. fettuccine, uncooked
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. sweet red pepper, cut into strips
1 1/4 c. milk
2 pkgs. cream of chicken flavored instant soup mix
1/2 c. frozen English peas

Peel and devein shrimp; set aside. Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain and set aside.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat; add shrimp and red pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes. Combine milk and soup mix; add to shrimp mixture. Stir in peas, cheese and garlic powder. Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, 5 minutes. Toss with fettuccine. Serve immediately.
